ANY CLAIMS
OF DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 10 DAYS.
Until you
are certain that a refund or exchange will not be necessary, please
handle the item(s) you purchased carefully and retain ALL product
packaging materials. We will assess restocking charges on products
returned with missing packaging, missing or defaced manuals or
warranty cards, and products that have been marred or which are
otherwise in less than perfect or new condition.
Ship the unwanted
item to Terrific Toys, Inc., 401 Broadkill Road, Milton, Delaware
19968. Please enclose a copy of your sales order/invoice with
an explanation for the return.
Defective
items will be replaced, with return shipping reimbursed (if a
replacement is not acceptable, return shipping is the customer’s
responsibility).
Merchandise
must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which
it was originally received. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED MORE
THAN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
You must indicate
whether you prefer another item or a refund. If a refund is due,
you must also provide the credit card number and expiration date
used in the original purchase. Refunds will ONLY be made in the
currency used in the original purchase.
EXCEPTIONS:
RETURNS WHICH EXCEED THE 60 DAY LIMIT and returns which are opened
or missing parts or packaging, are subject to either a 50% restocking
fee, or refusal of the return. Improperly packaged returns which
are damaged in shipping will NOT receive a refund.
ITEMS
WRAPPED IN PAPER WITHOUT AN EXTERIOR CORRUGATED CARDBOARD BOX
WILL BE REFUSED. ALWAYS PACK EVERYTHING CAREFULLY INSIDE A
RIGID BOX, AND IMMOBILIZE WITH PACKING PAPER.
